Best Western Plus Landmark Hotel

One of the nicest best westerns you can stay at. Rooms are always clean and in great shape. I stay here two or three times a month. The staff is exceptionally friendly, especially Barb always recognizes me by name. Lots of good amenities, safe location, easy access back into town

⭐️⭐️ (2 stars)||My family and I stayed here for about three days over Christmas because we hosted a small Christmas gathering at the hotel. When we checked out, we made sure to clean up our mess and pack all of our belongings before heading home.||Shortly after leaving, we received a call from the hotel accusing us of stealing one of their paintings. This was extremely surprising and upsetting. We did not take any artwork or property from the hotel, and we would never do something like that. My parents did not raise us that way, and we had no reason to take anything—especially after staying multiple days and paying for our rooms.||We were also required to change rooms during our stay because our original room had already been booked after Christmas, which added inconvenience to the trip.||

The hotel is very clean, the staff is amazingly super friendly and they have a lot of amenities to offer. Location is on the outskirts of town but close enough to it. They even do a great effort to either clean room, or at least restock you with towels if you opt not to have the room cleaned. My gripe would be the rooms with the tiniest refrigerators. Be it the suite with kitchenette (even smaller than in the double room) or regular room For a short stay, it'd be fine, but for staying weeks on end, you can barely store any food there and the worst part is there is no dedicated freezer section either. So you either set the whole tiny box to all freeze or simply cool. Another weird point is some rooms don't come equipped with a microwave. And if you want one, they rent you one for a hefty f

Clean, friendly, convenient! Check in was so easy and efficient! Lisa was so professional, welcoming, helpful, and friendly at the front desk! We LOVE our kitchenette room and LOVE that the pool and hot tub are open 24hrs. Zephrey was great to meet as well, he was friendly and let us know he has just checked the pool and hot tub and all was running well so we didn't waste anytime and got right in! Clean pool area towels clean and ready to use! So far so great! Would definitely book here again!
