Americas Best Value Inn Roosevelt Ballard

Starting from the amazing staff that answered my questions before we arrived. Super friendly and knowledge and check in even though it was late in the evening. She was so amazing. Their lobby was clean and inviting. The rooms were clean and well kept. This is an older building so you are going to hear parking lot noise. The breakfast was great. Biscuit and gravy, pancakes, bread assortment with bagels and pastries. Juice and coffee. This was above and beyond for the price. Very family budget friendly without compromising value.

I've stayed at this hotel quite a few times and consider it a home away from home. The staff is always pleasant and helpful. The room has at television, microwave, and refrigerator, but best of all it has a great bathtub (I love a good bubble bath, and take one whenever I stay). This is a place to get a good night's sleep and recharge your batteries. I've never had any issues and I highly recommend it if you're in Roosevelt or the surrounding area.

The rooms were really nice compared to the outside. I asked for a late check out on. 10/12/25. About 10 the housekeeper showed up banging on the door until I answered and argued with me that she didn’t know I had a late check out then proc ended to talk a passive aggressively to me and tell me off over it. She is an older lady with very short hair. When we were leaving she was on the bottom floor arguing with another guest. The guest was mad because the lady walked into her room before check out time and told them they needed to hurry up and get out. The guest was very frustrated and stuck up for herself while the house keeper told them they only had a few minutes left to get out. She was causing a scene. But she is very unprofessional. The front desk girl is hard to get in touch with. You

I appreciated the cozy room and great pool Nextdoor. The owner was very nice, there was no loud noises my entire stay. The room was clean, and the service was way better than I’ve had at 4 star hotels in the past. The bed was comfortable and the WiFi was strong enough for me to work which is not the usually when I stay at hotels. All around it was a great time! If I have to go to that area again I’ll definitely be back.
