The workers really take care of this hotel from removing the rats in the parking lot, security making sure parking is in order over night & keeping cars safe and all staff keeping the inside and outside of this hotel clean. There was no pest in the hotel for my stay. All staff are very friendly and helpful. This is an affordable hotel surprisingly giving the extremely high cost of living in California and average rent in the area being $4,000/month and homes being almost a $1 million. There is a lot of homeless people near and by the hotel but they dont harass you and it is very safe. I stayed for 4 days here. This will be my go to hotel when I stay In Los Angeles. Please keep the same staff. Housekeeping are very thorough cleaners.

I was told the $100 USD deposit that was taken from me would be returned in 3 - 5 business days - it has been 12 business days and I still don't have it back - two phone calls and they keep saying it is my bank - the hotel has not released the hold on it. Another call today and I was told it now takes 10 business days and when I informed her that it had been 12 business days already she then told me 20 business days. Seems it is just a made up on the spot figure. I guess it will just keep increasing until the automatic hold is released. Great location but there were loud arguements, slamming doors, and people walking the hallways all night. My door handle was rattled twice. Made it feel very unsafe. My daughter was petrified. Could not sleep. Could be much cleaner and the staff are extreme

Positive: Clean we’ll located near metro. Big room. Negative: Double beds instead of queen.

Best place to be, if you stay here you will be close to just about everything and anything you could want to do. Did not have to drive much more than 20-25minutes any direction. The rooms were really nice with huge TVs on swivel mounts so I was able to steal the TV once the others on the bed Infront of it went to sleep. We did have some troubles with our parking and lost our upfront handicap parking spot and had to then park in the back of the garage threw a alley entrance but it all worked out in the end of things.

Probably the best hotel I have ever stayed at! Staff is INCREDIBLY kindhearted, from front desk to breakfast attendants to the parking security, I was absolutely delighted with everyone. The rooms are clean and I always have worries about hotels being dirty, but the two times I’ve stayed there they have definitely matched my expectations. Everything runs very smooth and the price and location just make it even better. I could not say enough good things about this hotel. I also feel incredibly safe staying here and would recommend it to anyone!
