Five minute drive to City of Jefferson for local shopping, dining, kayaking, and events. Hotel offers a free complimentary hot breakfast in a bright breakfast area with a TV to catch the morning news. Indoor swimming pool for a quick swim with the family at 4’-5’ depth. Had a great stay at Best Western Plus in Jefferson. Hotel was quiet, clean, and the free breakfast was outstanding! Fresh fruit both days, breakfast burritos as a special one day and biscuits and gravy the next. Breakfast was well attended and the staff did great to clear tables, and keep the did stocked. Real plates, real silverware, just an elevated experience compared to comparable hotels. Great job!

We have stayed here several times the past few years. Usually have had a decent or pleasant experience. Usually the same staff member would check us in each time and it was nice to see a familiar face upon arrival. We never really had any issues with the room in the past. Stayed for an overnight recently. Was not the best experience. In the morning we discovered an open snack chips bag under the bed skirt. It was a bit hard to fall asleep that night since we could hear the music they play on a speaker mounted on the building broadcasting to the parking lot. Smudges on a light switch plate. Large crowd for breakfast (tour bus contributed to that.) They were constantly running out of a few things and not quickly replenishing. Heater in our room didn't work. The management some how changed after we made our wedding room block. Us and our guests had to pay more to be part of the block. Those that just got a room not reserved paid less. We tried bringing it us several times before the wedding but a manager was never available and never called us back. And several of the reservations for our guests were messed up. They sent my maid of honnor into a room that was already occupied. But the breakfast was on point and the front desk tried to accommodate as best she could without a manager.
