Best Western Plus Fort Worth Forest Hill Inn & Suites

Our room was very clean. We appreciate no carpet as we are traveling with dogs. We had a queen suite which was quite large. It definitely needs a desk lamp, at night it was too dark to use the desk. Could hear the TV from next door. The beds are very high off the floor. Everyone was working hard to keep the property looking like new. Everyone we spoke to was friendly and helpful.

Despite some negative reviews, my experience was actually good. The room was clean, there was plenty of parking available, and the breakfast was decent. Overall, I had a good stay.

This Best Western is conviently located to the Ft. Worth area. The hotel and our sleeping room was very clean. The room was also very spacious and quiet. The free breakfast was fine, but did not offer fresh fruit (which other Best Western's do). The only issue we experienced during our stay was inconsistency in the level of staff friendliness to guests at the front desk.

Positive: "" Negative: Did not keep up with refilling breakfast food. Guest were waiting for a long while both syrup bottles were empty

They don’t return what you accidentally leave behind! I called to ask and immediately was told nothing was turned in she Was very dismissive Didn’t ask what room we stayed in or even bother putting me on hold to check and said she would give me a call back without asking for my number and said, but most likely It’s not gonna get turned in And then I asked how she would call me back and said I have your number, but I wasn’t the one who reserved the room. So I just gave up and took the loss! Not helpful at all!
