Best Western Plus Fairfield Hotel

I was so pleasantly surprised at how clean this hotel was for the budget price I paid. Really no complaints for my stay. Check-in and check out were fast and friendly. Internet was fast. Yes the rooms are a bit small, but that’s what I was expecting for the price, so it was as expected. I’d choose a small clean room over a messy large room any day of my life. The sound from the highway was present, but again, that also means the hotel is immediately accessible from the highway, which is what I wanted. This hotel is not going to win any design awards, but for an affordable, friendly, clean and convenient stay, I was very happy.

This is a very nice place to stay and one of the best Best Westerns I've stayed at. I was here for 8 days due to a medical emergency with my wife. The motel was very clean and quiet. The staff, including the manager, were very courteous and friendly. The breakfast area is small but everything was good. It's close to the highway but I didn't hear any highway noise at all. Highly recommended.

I like this Best Western Plus because it is very clean and well run.||I have stayed here at least a dozen times and my room has always been clean, Especially the bathrooms which are spotless! ||They have a nice simple breakfast buffet, which is also extremely clean and well stocked. ||While some may not like that the rooms are small and it is located very close to the highway. For me those are secondary issues compared the great staff, the extreme cleanliness, and complimentary breakfast.

My room smelled like strong, cheap air freshener that lasted the whole two days I was there. The hallway smelled like cigarette smoke in the afternoon and got worse as the evening went on. I finally put a rolled up towel by the bottom of my door to block the smell. I called the front desk twice in the evening to complain. I saw her spraying air freshener all around the hallway. I’m not sure why she couldn’t confront the people who were violating the hotel policies? Anyway, I won’t be staying there again.
