Best Western Plus Executive Residency Nashville Antioch

I had an amazing experience staying at this hotel! From the moment I arrived, everything felt welcoming, clean, and well-organized. The rooms were comfortable and nicely maintained, with plenty of space to relax after a long day. The beds were very comfortable, and the overall atmosphere was peaceful and quiet, making it easy to get a good night’s rest. The best part of my stay was the security at night. The hotel has security personnel who actively monitor the parking area, and the company makes sure to watch guests’ cars to help prevent break-ins. This gave me real peace of mind, especially when traveling, because I knew my vehicle and belongings were being looked after. That level of attention to safety really sets this hotel apart from others.

The whole top floor wreaked of smoked Marijuana, our room as well. If it wasn't so late at night when we arrived I would've went elsewhere but decided to stay because we were already booked and paid for. The pool was closed, the TV remote didn't work at first, after several trips to the lobby the receptionist finally got it figured out. The bathroom door didn't close or lock properly and it was just a bad stay all the way around. The beds were like sleeping on a rock, the hide a bed had no sheets or extra blankets, pillows etc. Even though we requested with our reservation. These were never brought to us after request. Breakfast was decent, and probably the better part of our stay but didn't make up for the rest by far. Definitely won't be returning

We didn’t get to use all the amenities, but what we did get to use was nice and clean. The staff was friendly and we had a spacious room. My only complaint was that the bathroom was a little small, but it was clean and that’s really what matters!

My company had me stay at this location, and I’ve been very happy with it. The rooms are comfortable, and the staff is friendly—especially the front desk attendant, who was extremely kind and helpful. I drive a pickup truck with expensive equipment, so safety is important to me. I really appreciated the on-site security. Every time I checked on my truck from the window, I saw security actively patrolling. Very professional and reassuring. The added safety for guests is a big plus. Especially nowadays!

I would not recommend staying here due to the extremely poor customer service we received both during our stay and after. We booked a weekend getaway here as a last trip as a family of 3 before our second child arrived. The concierge who checked us in didn’t talk to us the entire check in process. My three year old was excitedly talking about how excited he was to go to the pool (which was the whole reason we booked this location). Instead of the concierge telling us that the pool was down, she let my three year old get his hopes up and just let us to go on believing that the pool was open. She watched us come out of the elevator with our bathing suits on and she made eye contact with us as we went to the pool without even mentioning it was closed.
