Antioch Quarters Inn and Suites - Tanger Mall

Stayed at Antioch Quarters Inn and Suites - Tanger Mall in Nashville, TN. It’s an affordable place that does the job if you’re looking for a budget stay. The room was clean, with fresh sheets and towels, which I appreciated. It’s not the most comfortable stay, but for the price, it’s perfectly fine. They offer coffee and juice at the reception in the morning, which is a nice touch to start the day. Parking is a bit limited, so it can be tricky if you arrive late. Overall, a decent option if you’re looking for a simple, clean, and budget-friendly stay near the Tanger area.

This place is a dive. Noisy. Did not feel safe. Every time someone closed a door, you heard it. You heard the traffic. The room itself was kind of "sketchy" - broken switch plates, wires. etc. Bed was comfortable, however. Way overpriced and a "surprise" refundable deposit required once you arrive. Would not recommend and will not return. No in rom coffee maker. Refrigerator and microwave in room, both worked.

The hotel itself seems to me to be a very high price considering that on the Internet they offer breakfast and when you arrive at the reception it is a mini reception where they tell you that because there is no more breakfast then it is misleading advertising on the internet they must Correct their advertising and they don't really have a laundry. It's just the rooms and nothing else and a reception. So it's too basic for its price.

Terrible experience. Be very careful with this hotel. I had a confirmed and paid reservation for Room 116 (Nov 21–22, 2025). When I returned around 9:30 AM — WELL before the 11:00 AM checkout time — the hotel had already cleaned my room and reassigned it to another guest WITHOUT my authorization and WITHOUT check-out. They tried to justify it by saying “the door was open,” which is FALSE and NOT a valid hotel policy anywhere in the United States. A door being open does NOT cancel a reservation or give them the right to take the room. The front desk and cleaning staff walked away while I was talking, refusing to help. Caution: Unpleasant Experience with Management, Racism and Safety Concerns I recently visited this MOTEL on behalf of a friend to preview a room. While the rooms have been remodeled and appeared somewhat decent at first glance, there were several major issues during my brief interaction that I feel potential guests should be aware of. I asked to see a non-smoking room, but the one shown had a very strong odor of smoke, despite being labeled as non-smoking. Still, I felt it might be manageable for the person I was assisting. I inquired about the rates, and the owner quoted $90 plus a $40 early check-in fee.
