Best Western Oak Manor

My wife and I stayed at this hotel for three nights. I chose this hotel as it was next door for the bus pickup for the Gulf Coast - Biloxi half marathon. And also the finish in the adjacent stadium. The location was great for the race. ||Strangely, there is no common area where a group of people can sit and enjoy coffee. The check-in building could be a lobby but it is cluttered and some distance from the rooms. It is not attached. A big negative. And the breakfast area is closed off after breakfast.||Our room was updated and clean. ||Elana was a star at breakfast. I observed her very patiently helping customers making pancakes. She is friendly and keeps everything going. The food was okay. They also opened the breakfast area very early for runners. A big plus for me.||I booke

We had a great stay at this hotel. The property was well maintained and looked nice, and the room was clean and comfortable. Check-in was quick and easy, and the staff was friendly and efficient. The amenities were convenient and in good condition, and the breakfast offered a good variety of options. Overall, it was a smooth, comfortable stay and we would definitely stay here again.

This place needs work. Rooms need to have carpets cleaned and updated. The corridor to the rooms smell like smoke but they try to cover it with air freshener. Very hard to get in and out of.

I had a great experience and peaceful nights sleep. Great staff, Ms Jennifer in housekeeping was very professional and sweet, I love her southern hospitality, it is to be spoken for and recognized. The front desk concierge I forgot his name, anyway upon my arrival he gave me the best greeting and presentation ever as he extended his warm welcome. My stay was very pleasant there. I will come stay again when I'm in town.
