Best Western Nebraska City Inn

This hotel is by for the worst place i ever stayed the room was disgusting The AC and heating unit did not work plus towels were dirty, shower bars broken and falling apart no shampoo, lucked out they did have a bar of soap. Mold everywhere i wolk up so congested. The breakfast was absolutely disgusting the biscuits were bricks and the gravy was runnier than the Colorado river. Coffee machine did not dispense coffee. Had to go over to Phillip 66 to get my coffee for the morning.

Positive: best breakfast outside of a restaurant! nice room. comfy double size beds, frig, micro. wonderful friendly peoplework there. AND very nice pool area and hottub. Negative: no elevators to 2nd floor.

The room was clean but the pool and hot tub were so questionable we didn't use them. Breakfast was iffy also. Carpets were dirty especially in the hallways.| Need to take a little more pride in overall experience. I look for amenities when I book and have stayed here before so was looking forward to our stay. Needless to stay we will probably look into other lodging during our next visit.

I have stayed here at least once every year for the last 4 years for my daughter’s bday. We’ve held birthday parties in the conference room as well. It has always been a pleasant experience until this weekend. I made a reservation online which showed my amount due at check in. The general manger was the one who checked me in. First off the language barrier is huge. Was hard to understand or make sense of what he was trying to say. Ultimately he changed things during check in and I ended up being charged $50 more than original online price. I decided to email my concerns due to the language barrier. This was an awful experience as well. I was lied to. When asked for a contact above him I was denied. DO NOT RECOMMEND stay with current manager in place!! Edit to add…the pool/hot tub was not

I’ve stayed at all the hotels around here. I decided to pick up best Western for the first time in a while and now I remember why I don’t go here. Only thing is really gotta going for it is the location.
