Best Western Logan Inn

I stayed this hotel for one night while I was in the area for an event in nearby Madison. I have nothing negative to say about this hotel as it exceeded expectations. The staff was courteous and friendly. The room was excellent. The breakfast was possibly the best hotel breakfast I've ever had. Definitely would stay again!

Don't let the broken sign foil you. This place is clean and friendly. It's also the only hotel in the area near Marshall Stadium that we could get a room but we were pleasantly surprised when we got here. Nice breakfast too!

I am so overly satisfied with the service at this location. From day 1 to day 10 the staff was amazing. The staff works with integrity and i so appreciate that.. Tammy cleaned my room and did and amazing job. I wanted to tip so requested she return the next day. I left her a note and tip and when i returned there was a note Tammy was off from Dani. I’m just floored bc she could’ve easily taken it.. Thank you ladies for being great people!!

Currently waiting on a return call or email from the general manager....stayed at this location twice in the last 2 months ....have contacted hotel 3xs.... with no answer to why my security deposit has not been returned in it's been over 2 weeks since my stay there ...every employee I speak to states they can't get into that part of my portfolio only the GM can ...I also filled out a survey they sent to me 4 days after my stay praising their service and the employees were great.... received a thank u for completing the survey from Carolyn (GM) ....but can't get a answer regarding deposit....kinda frustrating and disappointing at the same time ....due to me having family in the area ....and kinda like this no frills clean environment hotel :(

Positive: Breakfast and the pool Negative: My room wasn't ready for me and I got charged extra for idk why no explanation.
