Customer Reviews
Very clean, excellent breakfast, ample parking, great internet beautiful lobby area, great staff. Good location with easy highway access. Terrific shopping center right across the street!|We had a two double-bed room on ground floor. Beds were rather hard, and not enough bath linens were provided, but staff were happy to give us more. |A good value. First time I had stayed here. I often stay alone or with a family member in Martinez and this hotel will be my go-to place in the future.
Lovely hotel. Friendly, clean with stylish decor. Beds are comfortable. We asked for clean towels from the desk one evening and were given exactly what we needed. House keeping removed the 4 clean towels and 2 washcloths. They left 2 different towels, one washcloth, emptied 1 of 2 trash cans. (We tip.) This hotel is in a nice area. The breakfast is excellent! We see several guests at the desk in the evening bringing down wet towels to exchange for dry....We will stay again, but we will bring our towels and washcloths from home.
The location was super convenient with shopping, restaurants and highway access. The breakfast is filling and good, but a step below another Best Western I stayed. Friendly staff. Some minor points lacking with facilities and service.
We booked this hotel in hopes that we would have a nice and relaxing stay. Upon entering the hotel, we were unpleasantly surprised by the amount of people smoking and gambling in the pool area. Then, when we were checking in the customer service was not up to par. I do not feel that we were greeted properly. It was a very quick and bland interaction with the front desk associate, who also took a personal phone call while checking me in. The interior of this hotel is in desperate need of renovations. The furniture is falling apart and the elevator barely works. Finally, we get to the room. I was shocked when we made our way inside. The room was humid, smelled musty, and the appliances were also run down. It does not seem like this room was throughly cleaned by staff as well. We immediately
My family rented 2 rooms for a couple of days over Thanksgiving 2025 (our bill was over $800). My son and his wife drove their truck from Utah, which had a $1200 bike rack attached. Thankfully, they removed their ultra light bikes and brought them into the room, but left the 70 pound bike rack locked on the back of their pick up truck and parked it under a lighted area in the parking lot. The next morning their bike rack was gone-cut with wire/bolt cutters. We immediately contacted the police and filed a report. We then went back into the hotel to report the theft and asked to see their footage from their security cameras---there were no cameras, even though the employee at the front desk reported that there had been several thefts in recent months. Then we asked if there were securi
