Best Western Inn of Pinetop

Beautiful location with fresh mountain air, so crisp. Plenty of parking. The first floor rooms are accessible, second floor accessed by stair. The front desk person was quick and efficient. Room shower was a bit hard to get started but got it working with warm flowing water. Rooms were clean too. Not as many amenities though as other locations. Decent breakfast buffet, nice assortment of pastries.

Check in at 930pm was awkward. Definitely can tell it's an older property, room just had that smell. Was clean for the most part. Bath towels are tiny, bring your own. Bed was very hard, we were tossing and turning both nights- even considered seeing if we could cancel 2nd night but decided to tough it out.

My reservation was for Christmas day. IThe staff was welcoming. I like the fact the the hotel is 100% pet friendly. With that being said, the room I stayed in didn't show any precious signs of having pets. The beds were comfortable and the room was clean. ||CON - I was really upset that the maid service was knocking on my door and all the doors at 9am. Even though I was yelling No Thank you, the knocks continued and I could hear her knock all the other doors. I was extremely tired, as I usually work graveyards, so its hard for me to get a good night sleep. For this reason I should have given this hotel 2 stars, but the price and pet friendly points popped the score up.

Room #111 beds were very HARD. Room was clean. Sink drained slow. Breakfast was Great! The check in was Awesome ! The young Lady Gets 5 Stars. Would stay again.
