Best Western Hope

The whole experience was amazing! The breakfast was delicious and changed daily. The only reason they get a 4/5 is because the pillows were too soft! You definitely needed to stack them for a good night's rest but everything else was delightful.

Even one star feels generous. We visited as a family with young children, and the experience was extremely disappointing. The room was very old and dirty. We kept finding dead bugs (most likely cockroaches) on the floor—by the time we checked out the next morning, we had seen at least eight. There was an unpleasant smell as soon as we walked into the room, and the bedding felt damp and uncomfortable to sleep on. The bathroom was also dirty. The TV was from an unknown brand, offered no basic channels, and did not support YouTube or Netflix connections. The only decent part was the hot breakfast, which was okay. Overall, the cleanliness was so poor that we would never want to return.

Me and my son in law went to Houston TX to pick up a vehicle stopped in Hope AR for the night for are drive back to Michigan. When we got in are room at 10:30 at night we were beat. Son in law opened refrigerator to put some water in to it and there was rotten food in it. “ nasty “ if we wasn’t so beat I would have ask for my money back and went elsewhere !!! God only knows how clean the room really is

Positive: The breakfast room was excellent. Nice selection. Great staff. Negative: Outside entry. No elevator.

I wrote a much more detailed review about my experience at this motel a few weeks ago but it is not here so this is a very short, *non detailed review*. Booked and paid for 2 nights and after the first night I decided I was not going to stay here again so just let them keep the money for the second night and left for better accommodations. Bottom line? I would not stay here again if it was free and it would have been because It was already paid for.
