Best Western Heritage Inn & Suites

Overpriced dump terrible service!!! Checked in went to my room…key wouldn’t work! Went down to lobby was told someone would be right up! Waited 20 minutes went back down was told same thing they’d be right up! Waited 10 more minutes went back down by this time my patience were none!! She called the guy said he was opening my room now went up stairs he had just opened door I sarcastically told him thank you for being so prompt as he walked away! I went into room and the phone rang answered and he began to tell me he did not appreciate being called names!?!?!? They Charged 200.00 for crappy service a subpar room with mouthy disrespectful help!!! Pathetic!!!

Do NOT stay here! They will not honor reservations and will place you in a different room and refuse to do anything. I booked over 2 months ago and when I arrive we checked in with KATE. She gave the keys and room number and said 3rd floor breakfast in the morning. That was it. When I got to the room it was not what I reserved so I went back down stairs and told her. She said call booking.com. When I tried to give her the reservation number she wouldn’t only say call booking.com while giving a snarky grin. I reserved a king suite with a kitchenette and was placed in a double queen on the 3rd floor. Stayed here while attending a course at the State College across the street so the convenience of location to college was amazing. The hot breakfast was fantastic and staff was so friendly. The rooms were an average highway hotel room and mostly clean. The pillows are small so if you like big hard pillows maybe bring your own. The room has a great working AC and blackout shades. The beds were very comfortable. There is pleanty of parking on site. Downside to the property. The hallway and room had a slight moldy smell, you can see water damage in the shower areas and the shower head wasn't afixed to the wall. Very disappointed in the management here, especially Noey Santiago. Our room had water seeping from the floor, soaking our belongings, and instead of being moved (or even offered other accommodations) we were just given towels and a mop. Mr. Santiago has ignored every call and email about our refund and even claimed to corporate that he spoke with us — which is false. Unacceptable service and zero accountability. I hope corporate steps in and takes our concern seriously with this property.
