Best Western Hazlet Inn

Nice no frills motel in hazlet. We had back to back concerts at PNC and didn't want to drive all the way home just to come back. The staff was great as was the included breakfast. The rooms are a bit dated but they are fine and they are clean most importantly. They also have a small gym which had nice equipment. If you are looking to stay and don't want to break the budget this is a great bet

We reserved two rooms here prior to a morning college graduation at the PNC Center. The beds are NOT queen sized, they are some of the smallest beds we have ever encountered in a hotel. The breakfast was ridiculous, a tiny little alley were people could not even get to the few food options there were, and then almost no seating, pretty much just small tables in the hallway on the way to the elevator. Check in the night before was very slow with the lobby full of waiting people and only one person to check in with. They should not even attempt to offer breakfast when it is impossible for people to actually partake. If we have another graduation in this area we will definitely stay elsewhere.

Positive: Close proximity to the marina. Negative: The room was very humid and stuffy. I thought maybe someone would have turned the AC on to remove the humidity in the room. The bathroom floor was constantly moist as a result of the design of the swing of the door.

A little creepy on the hallways and elevators, But the room was nice. I only needed it for one night, and it cost around 108.00 for one person, two bed, Free Breakfast, High Speed Internet on Super.com ( not sponsored) so other than the creepy hallway, I’d give this place a 7/10.

I have stayed at the hotel multiple times now and have always had a great experience. The front desk staff at night and during the day are always friendly and helpful. The cleaning staff is friendly as well. I look forward to my future stays!
