Best Western Hampshire Inn & Suites

stayed in basement room and it was beyond horrible. The room smelled like vomit and the floors were sticky. I mean my sneakers were sticking to the floor. I travel with lysol and sprayed the entire room down, There was even pubic hair in the shower. Avoid this hotel when traveling. The place throws you off because as you walk in it smells great. Not downstairs in the dungeon. Just GROSS. Reached out to the CEO of the company waiting for a response from the video I sent him.

Positive: "" Negative: It’s was not the cleanest. The sheets were stained and when I lifted mattress to check for bugs, there was food and crumbs under it. The room also had a smoke smell. It was fine for 1 night but wouldn’t recommend. The pool was small and dirty too.

I've given tried this place twice this year because I have member rewards, and for the money, I'll be trying the hotels around the area going forward. The first time we stayed earlier this summer, the AC to the common areas was out. This time there were old stains on the sheets, badly done repairs in our room, and the smell of the disinfectant they're using was incredibly pervasive. It's still mostly clean, and the staff is very kind, but the inattention to detail doesn't work for me at that price.

Great location, nice greenery & roses outside, clean & new looking, bright & airy lobby/breakfast area w/great coffee, all service very good, room quite spacious (2Q), bed very comfortable, plenty hot water for showering, TV/MW/Refrig. (very good size) all in good order. Window could be opened for fresh air in appropriate weather! Would stay again. Good value. 2N Wed&Th. Married Sr. couple. Pool looked nice but didn't have time to use it. Nice clientele at breakfast. No noise from other guests. No complaints at all. Glad we stayed here and would return if in area again.

Although the layout / grounds are non-conventional, the grounds, rooms, & common areas are well kept. The staff, especially the lady with the service dog, is so legit friendly & helpful. ||Bonus points for having a consistently decent breakfast spread, & for having a coffee machine that’s accessible 24/7.
