Best Western Fort Worth Inn & Suites

The bed was so horrible that I had to go to physical therapy after we got home. We were in town for a funeral and when we arrived late at night, the pull-out sofa bed for our 5-year-old seemed dirty and there were pieces of thread on the desk. We did our best to set her up, cleaned the desk, and all went to sleep. The next day, they texted to ask how they could improve our stay, we asked for additional housekeeping, and explicitly asked that they change the sheets on the sofa. We even left it out so they would also see the sheets needed changing.||We returned to our room and our 2-year-old found a new piece of garbage by the AC unit that wasn't ours, and the sofa sheets weren't changed. I went to the front desk to request service, and rather than send someone, he handed me sheets to change

Positive: Prices and location Negative: there was a cockroach on the bed when i arrived , and no toothpastes , and no water to drink was provided.

The hotel is well maintained and has very nice rooms. The gentleman at check in was extremely kind and very helpful. The woman/manager at check out ruined the entire experience by rudely accusing me of walking in and stealing breakfast despite the fact she saw me get off of the elevator carrying my bags. I have stayed here three times before and this will be the last. I wonder if best western corporate knows about the clearly discriminatory actions and treatments of their franchisee.

This hotel is one of the worst hotels I've stayed in. I do a lot of traveling w my job. Hotel stay sare inevitable. We had 4 rooms reserved. After finding bed bugs(YES I SAID BED BUGS) we got out of there. The man that ran the hotel flipped the mattresses and said he didn't see any bedbugs. Well if I know how to find them u know that flipping the mattresses won't uncover these little creeps. We bagged all of our stuff and rushed straight to the laundry mat. Instead of taking accountability the man looked Right at me and said you probably brought them with you. I was apauled. I could have gotten ghetto but I'm a lady and refuse to show my mean side. So this location has 4.1 stars... Iny opinion it should be a negative 4.1. so if u value ur peace and don't want to take home these tiny creatu

VERY DISSAPOINTING 😞 My family and I flew down from Washington state and we booked 4 nights. The photos on the website are clearly from years ago. It is a older hotel and definitely feels and smells older. It looks nothing like the photos. The breakfast was decent with a good amount of options to choose from. The room size itself was decent. The beds were semicomfortable. The service was disappointing. We encountered a single employee there that was friendly and engaging. I was very surprised that after the first 2 days thar we stayed that we never received any cleaning service. I had to call the front desk just to get some clean towels and toilet paper. When housekeeping arrived they just stayed in the doorway and handed us towels and had me go and get the dirty towels and garbage to hand
