Best Western El-Quartelejo Inn & Suites

Very nice hotel we had a great visit. Staff was friendly and helpful and the pool was lovely. Breakfast was very good and the room was clean. Couple minor hiccups but nothing I would make a big fuss over.

Positive: It was just minutes away from the event we were there for. Negative: It was not very clean, especially the bathroom.

I stayed at the Best Western in Scott City, KS for a wedding and was extremely disappointed. They were doing roof construction the entire weekend. I could understand some noise on a Saturday, but being woken up at 7 AM on a Sunday to loud clanking and banging is unacceptable. Guests should not have to deal with that kind of disturbance, especially without any warning or even a discounted rate for the inconvenience. For the price, I expected a peaceful stay, not a construction zone

I have a crew staying here this week. We’ve been here since Sunday and never have had our room cleaned. I talked to them in the morning and they promised me they would clean it, and I would come back from work and find it still dirty. I don’t see a lot of people working around here. I think they’re shortstaffed. The only thing they’re worried about is getting paid. You should be aware if you are a company and trying to book someplace nice for your people people. This is not the place it would be worth the drive from Garden City. I would not stay here again.

Super clean rooms and well kept. Attention to details including the pillows and towels neatly folded. Very comfortable. Kudos to the house keeping staff. Friendly front desk and overall good location. I would definitely stay here again when in the area.
