Best Western Danbury/Bethel

This hotel stay was quite pleasant. The room was comfortable and the location of the hotel very convenient on/off to the highway on our way south! We would certainly stay here again. It's a Very good value for the cost!

Positive: Hot breakfast , close to I95 , accommodating staff. Negative: Price of room was too much for us. room did not initially have microwave but accommodations were made by hotel to have one put in. Toilet bowl did not have lid Hot breakfast was hot and acceptable.

I spent the MLK weekend in 2026 here to attend a grandson's baptism. The snowy weekend made travel during the weekend a bit slippery. Getting up this hotel's driveway, during a snowstorm, in a two-wheel drive rental car, was a bit tricky. We have stayed here other times where weather was not an issue and the driveway is fine. This stay had plow trucks keeping the lot as clear as they could and the sidewalks shoveled and salted. The rooms have in-room A/C and heat so be aware of a noise factor kicking in during the night. You have to get used to it. The continental breakfast is another reason we chose here. Having waffles, eggs, and sausage buffet style works for us/me. My room's amenities worked fine this time. A prior visit had a water leak issue that required moving rooms. No issues

Well, I stopped giving negative reviews, but I will share my room was like a refrigerator with heat on high 24/7 . No microwave in our rooms, we stay a full week. No gym not even a treadmill. Seemed like there was only one person that worked behind the service desk the entire stay day/night. He did his best but they clearly were cutting corners everywhere possible. I do not think I would stay there again. But I wish them the best, there is plenty of room for improvements.

A friend of mine were doing a girls weekend in NYC. Stopped here to spend the night. The guy at the front desk was less than friendly, but our room was lovely! No carpet, spacious, and warm. We went to sleep and got up the next morning went down and had breakfast it was great! The waffles were amazing! We went back to the room to shower up and no hot water. I let it run for a good 10 minutes to see if it would warm up. I got nothing. I called down to the front desk the guy at the front desk was incredibly rude! He mumbled “oh Christ” on the phone and then was sighing as I was talking. His solution was “I don’t have anyone to come fix it, but the people next to you just checked out, you can use their room” I continued to ask is it cleaned and he said “no, I can’t give you a clean room becau
