Bennett Spring Campground & Float Trips

We had an awesome experience, the hospitality and service was top tier. If you are looking for a place to stay at with the family and have a good time, look no further! The pool and bathhouse was amazing, just another cherry on top to the people who were running the campground that were absolutely the most friendly people I’ve met.

Hi everyone! This is a wonderful place ❤️ my husband and I have had a rv in here for many years, we keep it down here! Kisha the new owner has done great things here! The pool is superb in the summer ☀️ they totally redid it, everything is clean and quiet! There's a play area for your kiddos to have some fun! Bathroom and showerhouse very clean! You will love all the friendly people too ❤️! The office has necessities for little things like soda and water! And they even have a big 📺 TV for watching football games! The owner and staff ARE SIMPLY AMAZING! We camp all over the state and country (for that matter), and have never run into a staff that is more friendly or accommodating than we experienced at Bennett Spring Campground. From the moment that we arrived, until the time we left, the staff was more than willing to help in anyway possible. The weekend itself was a little bit of a bust with storms that rolled in, not allowing us to play in the river (Bennett Springs) that is absolutely gorgeous during the calm summer days. The power did go out in the campground intermittently, and as we were trying to leave our slides and jacks were not operating properly. We contacted the on site campground technician, (yes, they have one) who quickly diagnosed a small issue and fixed it for us (AT NO CHA

We've stayed at this campground a few times now, and it's been awesome! Staff is friendly and so helpful. They are new owners and they've done so many improvements since they've taken over. The campground is beautiful and one of the only ones in the area with trees. The pool is nice on hot days, and they have float trips that are a blast!

We stayed for Father's Day weekend with our trailer and we have nothing but great things to say about the place and people that work there. We needed to do a late check in and I was very surprised to see they not only waited for us to arrive, they also still treated us the same as if we arrived earlier in the day (escorted us to our spot, made conversation with us and answered all of our questions with smiles on their faces), We rented a raft for the 7 mile float down the river and all of our questions were answered, we had a great time on the float and we were greeted as soon as we came back with questions making sure we enjoyed ourselves. This campground is a very short drive to the state park where we fished each day we were there. We would definitely recommend this campground and we wi
