Bella Vista Inn

Wonderful staff. The lady at the front desk tried very hard to get me a room type I requested. Travelling alone with two dogs it becomes difficult packing crates up the stairs - so I tried to get rooms on the main floor. It took her some time but she was able to do that for me. For a Motel 6 and a very fair price this room was really good. It was clean with comfortable beds. The pillows were very hard - but ok. Great water pressure and good drainage in the sink. Parking was horrible I had to drive around for about half an hour before I was able to find a parking spot close to my room for unloading - but that is the only negative that I have about this motel. I would definitely stay here again

This place is absolutely TERRIBLE. I don’t know which is worse, the horribly rude staff or the dilapidated rooms!||||The room smelled like vomit. The heater AC unit was broken. The bedding on both beds had holes and stains on them. The door isn’t secure and was too small for the door frame that you could see outside. The night stand had some sticky residue on it. Two of the four lamps were missing bulbs. The towel had stains on it. The toilet seat was stained. The shower faucets broken. When we asked to move they said we were out of luck. After asking several times that they at least change the dirty sheets, we finally gave up!||||People outside were fighting all night. The walls are paper thin. Not a good experience at all. I thought having no extra pillows, loose toliet seats, stained towels, remote not working and still even after changing the batteries , burn hole in blanket was bad but what did it for me and put the icing the cake was there were roaches. They started coming out crawling at night. After I seen that I was outta there. There was no way I would be able to sleep there. I arrived at 3:00pm and left at 11:30pm. Very disappointed.

It was disgusting. I reserved online took me 10 or more min to check in tlat the front desk. There were cockroaches and trash in my room in my kitchenette cupboard and I paid $136 for a suite that wasn't clean. I had to wipe down all surfaces. And to top things off some weird foreign guy went soliciting at all the hotel rooms. He tried to sell me shoes and a California plate for my car.

I checked in fairly late, but arrived to a clean room located in a good space. I was surrounded by shopping and restaurants. I did encounter a couple of issues. First, my room was not equipped with many towels. I had a king size room that had 2 body towels but only 1 face towel and 1 hand towel. Luckily I always pack one for my makeup. The real issue came when it was time to shower. I ran the water waiting for it to heat up to realize I was turning it the wrong direction (although based on the writing I was turning it in the correct direction). When I realized what the problem was, I turned it in the other direction and only got a trickle. I wiggles the nozzle back and forth and then turned on the shower nozzle expecting the stream to get stronger. That was not the case. Because it was lat
