This was our third time camping at Belknap Hot Springs, and it was wonderful once again. The kids always find plenty to do when they’re not soaking in the pool, bike rides, walks in the woods, and just enjoying being outside. The setting is peaceful, family-friendly, and a great balance of relaxation for adults and fun for kids. We always leave feeling refreshed and already looking forward to our next visit.

My wife and I visited Belknap Hot Springs for her birthday and stayed at the lodge for a weekend. This is a wonderful location to hike to Talomitch Falls/Blue Pool and the numerous waterfalls along the McKenzie, as well as a good base for excursions to Sisters and other cool towns. The gardens that belong to the lodge just across the river (you cross the footbridge from the lodge) are gorgeous, and the view from the lodge is amazing - you see the McKenzie, wonderful gardens, and the hot springs. The staff were all very kind and friendly. My only complaint about this lodge would be it's a bit dated (but still very clean and nice), and the Wi-Fi was spotty - but it's I can't really complain for the price (which includes breakfast). Other than that, I would definitely come back! Enjoyed our w

Very beautiful area, the price isn’t terrible, they have a shop that has a lot of basics at not an incredibly high cost like a lot of places would usually charge. The water was amazing, my kids had a really good time. The staff that I had to interact with however really drove the rating down. The receptionist that checked us in was rude to my wife on the phone, condescending to me at check in, rude to my kids while buying stuff from the little store…. Housekeeping came in and was basically scream singing for three hours while she cleaned the rooms on the top floor and the walls didn’t hide it in any way. No wifi without being in the lobby which is fine I suppose but weird in 2026. This was our first time here and I’m not sure that we will come back because of the staff alone.

The lodge rooms are old and outdated. The breakfast is terrible. The pools have huge cracks. No wifi? My starlink worked just fine. The owners dont care. This business has multiple bad reviews and they deleted their response to me. Passive aggressive management. Edit after response from Belknap: this was my third trip to Belknap in 2 years. The grounds are beautiful and the pools are hot. The lodge is my main complaint. You say the breakfast has improved but I could get something better at a holiday inn. The rooms are outdated. The wifi situation could be solved easily. If my personal starlink worked a business should be able to provide it. I actually did visit tbe front desk because I couldn't find the ice maker.

Tucked away in the Willamette National Forest, it is a great place to soak and relax in this developed hot springs. The grounds are well kept and we enjoyed our stay in the RV campsite with our travel trailer. The facility itself shows it's age, with the bathrooms by the upper pool having major corrosion on the doors. There could be some changes made to the overall appearance by having a restaurant on site and a cold plunge pool near the lower and upper pools. In addition, a sauna could be built and day usage could be changed from 1 hr. to 2 hrs. Some of the staff can be a bit rigid, while others are friendly and helpful. Enjoyed our stay
