Beavercreek RV Resort

Nice Quiet park. We'll Maintained, so far, I like it. Lucky for Me, they had an opening, and LUCKY AGAIN..I think I have the nicest spot in the park.

Great management team... Sandi is great to deal with and on top of the everyday operation

Paul was wonderful. We were in a pinch and at a moments notice Paul was there for us. We needed a place to store our RV, last minute in order to finish our trip North to Yakima, WA. Paul let us in at closing time, helped us park, drop and leave our RV with no questions asked. We were able to finish our trip with peace of mind. Upon return, 5 days later, Paul was there to greet us again. We hitched up and pulled out without a care. Even though we did not actually stay at the RV Resort it was clear to see that it well maintained and a beautiful spot! We would highly recommend Beaver Creek RV Resort, wether you choose to stay or need a place to store your RV. Paul was beyond fair! THANK YOU!!

I don't want to be rude, um, I have a family of five and I can't always do the best for them but prefer to keep them them Safe. Just don't. The place doesn't really know how to manage an RV Park not only this but this place is not exactly a dog safe area, the water in the creek has what's known as Blue algae, Which is Toxic for dogs. It's not blue to the eye but that's the name of it. The dog area is full of these odd spiky plants as well; From what I've gathered from the other residents it's just overall not a good place for a family or pet owner to stay.

Mostly long term residents. Has laundry when working. Bathrooms with showers, showers subject to mold. Road surfaces dusty in summer, muddy in winter. Spaces along oak trees subject to falling acorns on roofs, ground and occupants. Lower pet area ground covered in sticker plants. Park management rude and unpredictible.
