Beaver Creek Lodge, Autograph Collection

This hotel has some great positive things about it. It’s convenient to the slopes, shopping and restaurants. The staff is very friendly and the rooms are clean. There’s only a couple of things I would question. The pillows on the bed are horrible. Four pillows on the bed but no options for softness, firm ect. They are feather and completely turn into flat compacted hard pillows. Totally uncomfortable! Coffee in the room is ok but no creamers available in the room. The area where they offer coffee with the creamers is not available till 7am. Not terrible but if you’re an early riser 6am availability would be nice.

Nothing beats the friendly, welcoming attitude from the service staff, and it's what made us such loyal fans of the Marriott brand... We were slightly dissappointed with some of the cold attitude from the staff when we stayed at Beaver Creek Lodge 2 years ago, but they've brought their service up to the (exceptional) Marriott standards: the staff was very friendly, helpful -- super accommodating. From taking care of our skis that arrived a good five days before our arrival to providing requested items we had forgotten to pack, service was always with a friendly smile and a welcoming attitude. Check in made us feel like rock stars. Everything was clean and great amenities. Complimentary coffee and tea at the front desk in mornings was great for us coming from east coast before anything opens! Perfect location, rentals and ski valet on second floor with just a few yards to the slopes. Everyone is so friendly! Can’t wait to come back.

Rude and questionable business practices. I booked a stay at Beaver Creek on 12/22, and promptly had a deposit collected from my credit card the next morning. During the evening of the 23rd I realized the timing of the trip wouldn’t work so I cancelled. By the 29th my refund still had not been processed so I called the property. I was informed that my refund *should* have already been processed and that a note would be added to my account to expedite processing in the next couple of business days. Today is 1/2 and I still do not have a refund. I had to call the property several times today just to speak to “the manager” only to be told what I heard a week ago, that my refund had not been processed. Checkin was seemless and the front desk staff greeted us with champagne and bottled waters. I found the lobby to be warm with cozy lounge chairs and a fireplace and was on trend with Beaver Creek vibe. My room was clean and spacious with an outstanding view of the mountains. The bed was extremely comfortable and the bathroom was clean and updated. The fitness area was up to date and had a Peloton for those who ride. I really enjoyed all the equipment along with the sauna and steam room. Overall I would recommmend this property as it was updated, clean and exceeded covid standards.
