Bear Lodge Resort

Just completed an All-Inclusive snowmobiling package at BLR which included airport transfers, sleds, guides, all meals and rooms for 3 days and 4 nights. The experience was excellent! One of our group was a first time sledder and everyone was so accommodating and helpful. The entire staff made us feel welcomed and at home. I highly recommend BLR for your sledding adventure, their sleds, facility, and staff are top notch. I want to recognize our guide, Lee, as a standout and excellent guide who enhanced our experience. He was able to accommodate our varying levels of expertise without missing a beat. Thank you all for a wonderful adventure!

Just returned from a fantastic long weekend at Bear Lodge celebrating our friends' wedding! The staff was fantastic -- so accommodating and welcoming. We felt like we were staying in a friend's home for the weekend. Sandy and Trish were incredible hosts. Awesome activities between snowmobiling and ice fishing. Best grilled cheese & clam chowder I've ever had. And beyond stunning views! We only hope to make it back in the summer!

Went to BLR with my father to go sledding. Honestly it's a pretty cool place located in the right area to get out and go riding without having to trailer anywhere. About 10 to 15 minutes out you can jump off the trail and start cutting through the mountains. As far as the resort goes it was pretty nice, the only downside I would have to say is that the rooms don't have microwaves. They have mini fridges just not microwaves. As far as the food goes they have great breakfasts and awesome dinners. We were never around for lunch. The staff was friendly and helpful from the front counter to the restaurant. Paul in the bar was awesome to talk to and very attentive to taking food and drink orders and getting things out right away, even when he was slammed. Hw was always easy to talk to but never

This is a fantastic place to be. The cabin was exactly what we were looking for. Snowmobile rentals were great. Food was fantastic. And service from literally everyone was a pleasure. I would recommend to all my friends and family to spend time here. Loved it! And it’s all reasonably priced. A+

As mentioned in other reviews it is quite well used. It is old, but is that really a reason not to have a few cheap things added that would make the stay more enjoyable? Like, could you put some hooks in the bathroom for your towels near the shower? With all of today's technology, the place could use more outlets. There weren't any in the bathroom. You could mount the TV on the wall and that would make one more surface to put things when you empty your pockets at night, or just to set things on that you don't want to have to pull out of your suitcase for every time. If there had been a rug inside by the front door we wouldn't have dragged in so much sand and gravel. The restaurant was closed for the evening meals, but the food in the bar was great.
