Beachside Resort Panama City Beach

Our stay here was extremely disappointing. When we arrived, the room had clearly not been cleaned at all and nothing looked sanitary. There was visible mold in the bathroom that appeared to have been poorly covered with paint rather than properly repaired. The bathtub and sink were both filthy and obviously had not been cleaned. To make matters worse, there were bugs in the room. We left for a short time and when we returned, the room smelled terrible, which made the entire experience very uncomfortable. Another major concern was the lack of privacy. People can see directly into the room at all hours, and it’s even worse at night. The walls are also extremely thin, so you can hear everything going on around you, which made it very difficult to relax or get any rest. Overall, the room felt

Come 2 x's a year for 5 years. Hottub consistently closed. Get diff stories from diff employees and GM. Pool freezing. Could not use at all for 8 days. Elevator broke on end where we do laundry. Cobwebs terribly thick around ledge on inside of pool. Maint man both days cleaning pool did not get a suction on hose so it was not cleaned. Have emailed ownership 3 times and no reply. Every guest at pool side daily upset over hottub and freezing 72 degree pool. Yes guest put thermometer in water and showed us. He also put his kid inside hottub barrier and it was running and Hot water. Very confused. I would like some kind of a Refund. We come for pool and hottub. Christi Gadd. 812-374-2707.

Positive: Being strps away from The beach was amazing Negative: I did not get the room that I paid for, the hot tub didn't work, the pool had algae growing in it, there were roaches in my room, the shower had no water pressure and barely any hot water, in the a c quit working. Other than that my trip was great

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME HERE!!!! 15.00+TAX TO PARK AT THE MOTEL YOU JUST RENTED A ROOM FROM!!! First off let me just say this review has nothing to do with the staff. They staff was great. Secondly the pictures that are posted online all wrong to what you will walk into,in a very surprising BAD way. We get there, we booked with booking.com ( yes ive left a review there as well), the front desk has two people one on a phone call (you could hear was business) second one was helping people. Fill out the paper work and I see a sign on the front counter that says all parking is 15.00 +TAX A DAY. I asked is that for the ones renting rooms as well. She said yes I was getting to that but you jumped ahead a little bit. Now this place has 147 rooms. If each person only stays one day that is 2500.00 e

I booked this hotel for my boyfriend and I to have a getaway weekend. The location on the beach was great and the staff was really friendly. The room did however smell sooo strong. Like a hospital room, it gave me a headache and when I got home I still smelled like the cleaner they used. Room was clean and decently sized. The main reason I booked this hotel was for the lower price and the hot tub. I was really disappointed the hot tub wasn’t operational since it was cooler outside. Overall pretty good stay.
