Beach Services Box 44

Requested an umbrella & 2 chairs for Wednesday thru Saturday. Paid for all on Wednesday. Everything was great until Saturday, when none was set up for us. Called at 10:00 am, was told set up would be shortly. Called at 2:00 pm when still nothing, was told he'd be right there. At 2 when they pick up at 5, on our last day at the beach. Requested a refund for the day. Refused, No refunds issued. Said it was set up for us somewhere. Guess we're supposed to just wander the beach looking for it.

Room was small no dresser to put your clothes very small closet Breakfast buffet was terrible no service whatsoever food was not good in any way definitely not worth the price Not friendly Struggled to get info on anything going on in the area😔 Have been going here for 35 years and the last 3 have steadily gone downhill

Great place to stay! Nice room with a great ocean view!

Never go through Big Fish Rentals.
