Beach Haven Inn

Not a hotel, but still renting out hotel rooms. They just rent them monthly on a 6 month and one day lease. $1400 a month with a $500 security deposit. THERE IS NO POOL and NO DIRECT BEACH ACCESS. None of the cameras work on this building. Not all the doors are able to be properly locked, at least not in my room. Lived here since 9/8/25 and they still haven’t installed and handles on any of my kitchen drawers or cabinets. Even tho I drilled the holes for them they still haven’t done it yet they keep saying they will every time I bring it to their attention. Also my toilet is still not connected to the floor and rocks into the wall behind it when sat on. Won’t fix that either. I can see outside all the way around my patio door and when it rains the water comes inside and I have to pile to

I lived there briefly. This place needs to be condemned. There's black mold under the white paint from old hurricane damage. The staff is rude and way too nosey!! Rent is great if you enjoy breathing black mold, live with bugs or water leaks. Look at the front of the building it looks abandoned 🤣🤣

This place was terrible only because of the property manager. I lived there for 6mos. It's an older building with minor issues but it's to be expected so that was not an issue. Kevin Barlow the property manager is a nut job. He gets way to involved with personal matters especially when your a single female. I mean what property manager text you saying choose your friends wisely. If I was the owner I would fire him immediately. Kevin will even evict people who consistently pay their rent early. One would think u would want good tenants like that.

Kevin, the property manager is very attentive and will help with anything you need here. Please disregard the review from the drunken sea hag. Oceanfront condo's for a 1000.00 a month with everything included is a great deal. Kevin doesn't put up with any nonsense from tenants and will evict them. That's what you want in a property manager.

Worst place to stay at in the state of Florida, leaks all through the concrete roof in every room during the hurricane and hallways, the place should be condemned. We thought we were going to die during the hurricane and the place is run by a bunch of Misfits that should be behind bars and no regard for someone's life or safety. They say they will fix something if you go to them but they never do. Code enforcement is after them as well. Please be advised about this place to stay as far away as possible from it and never EVER go there. Also, instead of Beach Haven Inn it should be renamed Bed Bug Inn
