I am a very very very chill easy going person, but I am kinda disappointed in my experience here at beach cove. I have stayed here 3 times in the past and haven’t felt this way any other time. Since when did you have to pay $12 a night for parking when you’re already paying a crap ton of money to stay at the resort itself. I understand if you aren’t staying there, but really? My husband, daughter and I were so excited to spend a week here and spend family time together. We get there, check in, lady at front desk was soooo sweet. Bless her heart, she gave me free parking because it was my 30th birthday. I did not complain to her about the parking even though in my head in thought it was insane, she just did that out of the kindness of her heart. We get to our room… disgusting. Sand everywh

The resort was beautiful and the front desk staff lady was nice and courteous.|They even brought up a toilet seat booster for my elderly grandmother since the toilet seat was too low.||The room was clean and tidy. The beds were super comfortable. It was up to date on appliances. |The balcony was private and provided a wonderful view of the ocean.|The indoor pool was a bit small however it was heated to a nice temperature for swimming. We did not use the outdoor hot tubs but the indoor one was very relaxing. |We couldn’t have asked for better temperatures in early November! The sun was shining and the average temp was in the low 70s.|I was impressed by how close the parking was to the hotel and how easy it was to get to our rooms. My grandmother cannot walk far however this was very managea

The hotel was nice. It is right on the beach with great views. The amenities at the hotel were also very nice. Staff however was difficult to get ahold of during the stay. Front desk was often empty. Then staff in the game and food center appeared overwhelmed and even asked us to leave and come back later.... Not the greatest customer service.

We stayed here in October 2024 with four adults. It was a one bedroom, two bed room. This was probably more of an ideal space for just two people because we were cramped the whole week. You get basic amenities but you can make it work, we did. The condo was extremely dated, showing significant signs of needed repairs in the bathroom and the living room area. Further, not s particularly comfortable room either because the living room had a cheap pull out. The hot water tank is tiny and not enough for four adults to shower in the same time frame so we had to create a shower schedule. We survived. It was off season so the bar had limited hours. I will concede two things: the beach front is incredible and the “resort” has a dedicated parking structure. The pools and hot

I need to qualify this review a bit. When reviewing hotels and accommodations, it’s really hard to use the same scale as I would for a store or restaurant. For example, if I were reviewing the Langham hotel in NY I’d give it 5 stars. For this place, I think 4 is fair. This place is…nice. Is it fancy, not at all. They seem to try really hard here to do a good job with what they have. We come here every October for a business event. They’ve made some improvements in the past couple of years that have helped. We always stay in a 1 bedroom condo. From what I can tell, the layout in them is pretty much the same. Since most are privately owned, the differences will be in the furniture and flooring and fixtures. In our unit this trip the floors were new and the shower had been redone. If you want
