Beach Club of Oscoda

The place was cozy and clean but the table in the living room could use replacing as it wobbled the entire time so couldn't really use it at all. The fireplace in the living room didn't work. There is no dishwasher in the kitchen. The steps leading down to the water were difficult to get up and down cause they are so narrow. Having the bedrooms upstairs with no bathroom was very inconvenient. Would not stay here again

Great little piece of property, clean, everything you need is on site, and great little private beach. The ONLY reason I didn't give it 5 stars was that the double bed in the garden cottage has possibly the worst mattress ever. There is a huge divot in the middle of it, and we kept rolling into it as we slept. Perhaps bringing a mattress topper would help (or they should really just replace it). Otherwise, everything is really nice and very affordable, and just as pictured. We went without our kids but the bedroom with the bunk beds is perfect, and the place would have been plenty of room for the 4 of us. Kitchen was well-stocked with cooking supplies, dishes, silverware. Beach toys already there too. We love that they allowed our dog to come with us, and there was a nice tree outside wher

The owners were very easy to get in touch with and everything was clean and available to use. The property itself is stunning with lake Huron right in your backyard. The interior is bright and well decorated, we will be back for sure.

Loved staying here overall. The beach is amazing!! It's huge, all sand, and no rocks! Our son loved it. Plenty of room for all families/parties to have their own spot on the beach to enjoy if desired. Plus your dog(s) can join you. We stayed in Captain's Watch. The second bedroom was the most uncomfortable pull out couch of all time (which was also the living room/lounge area). Luckily we only needed the one bed since our son slept upstairs in his pack n play with us, but we did have rain and watching TV or lounging on that couch for even a small amount of time or while he napped was unbearable. We also paid for early check-in ($25/hr) and the code they sent us was not activated upon our check-in time and we heard nothing from them for 40 mins!! So I paid $25 for nothing and they were not

This was the perfect get away for me and my 5 adult children and 2 Newfoundlands who love the water. The biggest issue the sleeper couch was broke. Wish they had a little earlier check in and just a tad later check out. Wonderful time. Will be rebooking for next year.
