Beach Boutique Hotel

Slowest check in process I’ve experienced at a hotel, ever. Only one group being attended to at the front desk.The attendant took 1 whole minute just to put a key card into an envelope. After an hour, yes an hours wait, I get to the front desk and they get my reservation wrong and try to charge me $900 on a $161 reservation. My child is crying from exhaustion and I will never return to this hotel again. Terrible customer service. Then after we get in the room, we find dirty bedsheets and dirty drain. When I try to reach house keeping at 9pm, no one can be reached.

Medicore and underwhelming for the price. The only reason I am not voting less stars is the staff is friendly. The downstairs bathrooms were dated and dingy. No where in the stall to throw away feminine trash. The pool is small but clean, 0 ambiance though. Our room was humid the whole time even with adjusting room temperature. It has a faint mold smell and is very stuffy (like no airflow) sensation. There is no ventilation to turn on in the bathroom for showers or #2s. Room was relatively clean. Linens were fresh and bed comfortable. Bathroom shower was not cleaned well, moldy shower curtain. Good water pressure though. Stingy on towels provided but to be fair I didnt ask for more. The fridge in the unit leaked water the whole time. Furniture is in poor shape. The breakfast was disappoint

Booked a last min weekend trip for my family. The location is amazing. Right next to the Rehoboth exit and very close to the outlets as well. Its all downhill after that. The TV remote didn't work. Well it did, but you have to hit the numbers 5-10x before it actually worked. They provided a guide for the channels that wasn't even close. Not sure what they had the central air set to but the bathroom was about 20 degrees warmer than the room. The floor had sand all over it before we even made it to the beach. Other than that the room was pretty clean. That is until we pulled comforter down and noticed the dirty sheets with what look like dried urine. Last I saw a sign for vending. I walked down to find only an ice machine. This is more of a motel than hotel.

I booked on Expedia the night before our stay here. The staff were courteous and attentive. They even allowed us to check in ahead of time. Rooms were clean and comfortable. The property looked inviting. This is a great deal. I'm glad I opted to stay here.
