Baywatch Resort in North Myrtle Beach by Vacasa

Love this place,have been going there for the last 3 years. Only 2 complaints, tables and chairs by the pool area are in the middle of the pool area by the kiddie pool in the blazing Hot 🔥 ☀️no tables along the fencing for people who (A) don't want to bake all day and for the older people who have a hard time getting out of the chaise lounge! (B) You have more parking spots out front for loading and unloading than you have for handicap people!! (C) Our favorite unit 1602 has been sold,end unit with a walk in handicap bathroom, don't know what we are going to do about our vacation this coming August!

We went to visit my sister for a week. The beach location was excellent with long walkable beach in each direction, at least 5 miles!!! The beach was very nice and clean. We were there in November, so very few people. Every day was sunny. We saw Dolphins out our window every day. The seas were calm and though cold, did swim a bit. Played Bocce several times which was awesome on the beach. The hotel is getting older, but the staff has kept it up. All things worked including excellent elevators. The rooms were nice with stunning sunrise views. Lots of dining and shopping within a short drive up or down 17. Overall was very happy with our stay. The pools and hot tubs were wonderful.

The beds were super small for them to Queen size. Very outdated needs some upgrades. Rusty in the refrigerator. The front desk was nice and the breakfast bar was fresh and good.

We booked here specifically for the indoor lazy river. Upon checking in, we were THEN told it was closed. The woman who checked us in was really rude. The room we were assigned to was dingy, with sticky, nasty carpet and stained pillows. The lobby chairs and lounge chairs were all moldy and stained up. When we inquired about the indoor lazy river pools being under construction, we were argued with that the info was on the site. It's not. The only way you can see that ingo is AFTER you book and pay, then scroll to 3 different places to find it. That's BS. The property manager then admitted her mistake and offered 15% refund. The little restaurant was good for breakfast, and the servers were very nice (Bob and Amber) Unfortunately, we won't stay here again.
