Baymont by Wyndham Tullahoma

The nice lady at the front desk the last couple times I've stayed here has been amazing very thorough in explaining the rules and regulations and very accommodating when I needed more towels or shampoos....so Its not the first time I've stayed here, so obviously it's a good enough hotel to come back and it's affordable for people trying to watch their wallets. The rooms are okay and they're definitely BIG which was shocking, but they definitely need some deep cleaning/work. if you walk around the floors with no socks or slippers expect your feet to turn black, there's quite a bit of dust in the rooms that we have stayed in, so if you have allergies it's a nightmare. The photos make the room look nicer than it was. It was very clean. The furniture was old, you there was one thin blanket on the bed and not enough towels in the room The staff was amazing. There are a lot of places to eat in walking distance There is also a Walmart near by. But I would stay there again. No complaints other than the towels and blanket, which I could have called the office to ask for more but it was late so I didn’t No carpet in the rooms, there is hardwood floors. FYI.

Door latch inside was broken and hanging off, the "peep hole" that was lower for wheelchair users had been stuffed with toilet paper and then painted over. Heater kept getting stuck on settings where we had to have someone come fix it to turn on the heat, it was 20-30 degrees outside at the time. The did get it to switch to heat but they did not address the latch or peep hole though. The room was also non smoking but smelled heavily of cigarette smoke. If I could have I would have wanted to change rooms but it was the only handiçap room available anywhere nearby within my budget. So we endured it.

Room was not great what so ever, carpets very stained and dirty, lamp but no plug, coffee maker didn't work. Pool was drained and closed, trash and nastiness all over the grounds, not enough towels for four people, TV didn't work properly, cops right outside for other patrons right across the way as soon as we woke up, very small flat pillows very thin blankets, room smelled horrible. Definitely will NOT be back and do NOT RECOMMEND way too expensive for what is offered and poor condition of this place.
