Baymont by Wyndham Pine Grove

Hotel needs a serious cleaning. Had to change rooms due to cleanliness. Bathrooms dirty, stains on sheets, dirty towels left in my room from previous guest. Damage to rooms and i just didn't want to change another room after so many complaints. Hotel needs an exterminator cause I found some friends roaming in my room. Front Desk staff was nice but cant fix the issues of the rooms cleanliness and roaches

Positive: nothing Negative: one night stay in transit so i didn't go to the office. no wifi in room, the building and rooms looked recently painted but there's still a feel of being decrepit. stayed here a few times, every time has been worse, probably wont stay here again.

I checked in pretty late around 12am and everything was fine , but the employee told me that the door would be left open so I could access the lobby to get to my room because it was on the second floor but then it was locked . I eventually figured out to use the key to unlock the door but it wasn’t working properly either . Then around 9am I get woken up asking if I’m checking out or staying . Like I’ll be checking out at 11am when my reservation is up thank you . I only got alittle bit of sleep and then was woken up very unprofessional. And idk why I am being bothered if it isn’t after check out time .

The room was very dirty,hair in shower, pillows smelled and an old sock left on the floor. We had reserved 6 rooms other room AC didn’t work and another one had no towels or soap,also another room had no toilet paper. Very disappointed we usually stay here but it’s gone down hill.

We stayed October 11. Room was dirty. Shower did not work. No hair dryer. Breakfast was ok but very cold and again the area was dirty. Very expensive as well.
