We enjoyed staying at Baymont The lady at the front desk was very nice and polite. The rooms were very nice and clean. It was very quiet. The bed was very comfortable. Continental breakfast was very delicious. Especially the biscuits and gravy, eggs and bacon was very delicious. thank you.😊

Positive: I love the location of the hotel. Its not far from alot of things to do in the area Negative: I did not like the fact that I had to call for a desk attendant 30mins after arrival and there was a line building from other customers waiting on the attendant and others arriving to check in.

I reserved a room at Baymont by Wyndham Odessa on October 29, 2025, and the experience was wholly unacceptable and deeply concerning. Upon arrival, I was assigned a room that was unsanitary, infested with bugs, and missing basic necessities, including toilet paper. I was informed by staff that the hotel had already run out of this essential item. After raising these concerns, I was moved to another room that was equally filthy and unsuitable. At that point, I left the property entirely, as the conditions were intolerable. Over the past two weeks, I have contacted the hotel numerous times requesting a refund. Each time, I was assured a manager would follow up. That follow-up never occurred. When I called again today and requested to speak directly with the manager, I was told she had left

Most disgusting place I have ever stayed at. No shower pressure. Toilet seat broken. No tissues. Carpet was so gross my socks turned brown after 30 minutes of walking around. I was honestly scared to get bed bugs. Looks like fluids on the bed frame. Outside Doors were left open a lot. One towel had blood on it another had a hair on it. I would give no starts if I could. I questioned whether even cleaned this room. Don’t stay here.

The service was excellent. The front desk lady make it a great experience The manager has a policy for early arrival. 25.00 one hour 50.00 two hours three 75.00 you get it. So be on time exact.
