Baymont by Wyndham Mount Vernon Renfro Valley

So, it was pricy because of some event. However, the double queen room, although big, was awful. Two working lamps for lights in the main area, a desk and chair that were about to fall apart. The table wobbled and creaked and the chair was not usable as a desk chair. The bed was a bit hard yet the pillows were equally hard (how is that even possible?) The furniture DID match, early American, FEMA disaster style. Plus, the breakfast, you have to microwave it. Really, microwave it, there are even note cards telling you to heat for 30 seconds. The water pressure was good for the shower so there is that. Seriously, go up the road a few miles further and find something else. Don't waste your money here.

Great stay, beautiful, clean hotel. Nice rooms, comfortable beds, You do have to toast your items and warm them in a microwave. But it's not a big deal. Highly recommend.

Our first room was covered in mold. We got moved to a different room with a broken toilet seat, dirty and crunchy towels(dirt and hair), and the tiles on the bathroom floor popped up when you walked on them. The bedding was super thin. The yogurt at Breakfast was 4 days past expiration. This place is a health hazard AND it's expensive. I highly advise against staying here.

Very nice, very clean. Comfortable bed and pillows. Wish the TV had a sleep timer but very few hotels do. Average breakfast, we ate later so the gravy was pretty much gone. Most things were premade and had to be heated in the microwave so breakfast was probably below average.

I was in town for a concert. I stopped here for a room and am extremely glad I did! The front desk lady, Haley was phenomenal. She was very helpful to me and my family. She went out of her way several times during our stay. This hotel was extremely clean, thanks to the hardworking housekeepers. Will be back
