Our stay at the Baymont by Wyndham next to Harrah’s in Metropolis exceeded every expectation. From the moment we arrived, the experience felt polished, welcoming, and genuinely well cared for. Although the property is currently undergoing construction, it was handled with an impressive level of professionalism. Any potential inconvenience was thoughtfully anticipated, clearly communicated, and seamlessly accommodated. Our stay at The Beaumont in Metropolis was exceptional from start to finish. The property is absolutely beautiful, but what truly sets it apart is how welcoming and accommodating everyone is. You can tell a lot of thought and care goes into making guests feel comfortable and at home.|The room was immaculate, cozy, and thoughtfully arranged — the kind of place you actually want to relax in instead of just sleep. The atmosphere is calm, charming, and inviting, and everything was handled smoothly and professionally.|We were treated with genuine kindness, and that alone makes this place stand out. It’s rare to find a stay that feels both high-quality and personal, but The Beaumont delivers on both. We’re incredibly thankful and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it to anyone.

Perfect stop over on my way back home. Rooms are large and have fridge/microwave. Though my room hadn't been renovated, it was very clean and comfortable. The staff was very helpful and courteous. I felt safe as a single woman traveling across country. This hotel was already great and will be even better once renovations are complete!

This is my go to hotel. Friendly staff has become part of a family, I stay there that much, we know each other. Rooms are always clean as well as the hallways. And if there is any problems they are taking care of right away. Make this your hotel if you're in the area.
