Baymont by Wyndham Loveland/Fort Collins Area

I stayed in this hotel last year in August so this review is definitely late, but I don’t think I’ve ever had an experience at a hotel quite like this one. I will say, the fellow who helped us up front was nice the night we checked in. After that it was all downhill. The room was SO filthy. Carpet was coming up, looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in years. The couch was dirty and had bits of cereal hiding in it, as well as behind the bed. The beds were incredibly stiff and uncomfortable. The bathroom looked like something out of a horror movie. But the most compelling thing was the smell. It was so musty and overwhelming I can’t even explain it. I wanted to leave that night and go somewhere else but unfortunately this was the hotel in our budget so we toughed it out. DO NOT STAY HERE. THIS PLACE SHOULD NOT BE OPEN. If I could give this place 0 stars I would. I’ve stayed at some bad places, but these guys take the cake. I’d rather stay at the place that didn’t have a lock on our door than to try to stay here again. It was so much cleaner than this place. Absolutely no one, and I mean no one should have to deal with what we did. The rooms were nasty. We literally found nasty things on the carpet, in the bathroom, on chairs, you name it. The bed wasn’t the king bed we booked. Front desk was kind and moved us to another room. It did not have a fridge as advertised. We have a medical needs baby, and literally couldn’t be without that. THEY ARE LITERALLY NEAR A HOSPITAL. And yet, they’re okay with medically fragile people, BABIES EVEN possibly staying there

Positive: The staff was phenomenal! Negative: Didnt have breakfast as advertised, room smelled awful & hadnt been cleaned, dresser broken, bathtub had hair in it, no toilet paper holder, only 1 towel for double queen suit, microwave looked like a nuke went off in it, drunk guest drove into our truck

Kim and Maddie are wonderful ladies. Outstanding customer service, compassion and understanding. Thank you ladies we will be back most certainly. We appreciate everything . If you want an inexpensive place to stay that's clean and that has a great staff go to the Baymont.

The room was terrible. False advertisement online. Mold on the ceiling and around the tub. phone had no cord to use . The sheets had bloodstains on it and the room was dirty. I tried to get another room but was told all booked up and I would have to rebook a room. I want a refund ! No breakfast available . A sign in the elevator informed us that this had been in place for 9 months .The swimming pool area was not clean. Not a pleasant 1st time experience for me or my family.
