Hotel Location: Excellent for families who enjoy shopping at the nearby designer outlets. Staff: The night shift staff was kind and helpful; however, the morning staff was less accommodating. Room: The room was poorly maintained. The AC filter was incredibly dusty and clearly needed replacement. Furthermore, our bathroom light failed at 3:00 AM, and we had to wait until 9:00 AM for a repair. Shockingly, the hotel could not even provide an emergency flashlight. Housekeeping: Very disappointing. Our fitted sheet was put on backward, and we discovered a blood-like stain on one of the pillows. Although front desk staff confirmed housekeeping would occur on 12/31, no one ever came to clean during our four-day stay. Health & Safety: Concerning and unhygienic. Positive: Nice ladies running the breakfast and nice folks running the desk both at check in and check out. Price was stellar, bed was good! Negative: The day we were there the elevator wasn't working, It didn't bother me but I am sure it would have caused trouble for some that struggle with stairs

Do not stay here room had a must smell shower head have mold on them my room looked like somebody onced try to kick it open they had a party hosted here music was loud kids running up and down halls you would expect to stay at a hotel and have some peace of mind but you don’t. I stayed here for a work trip mind u I work nights so could not get no sleep, hotel has no consideration for hotel guest.

The staff has been awesome very professional, one Staff member name Ben has been like a superstar for me. After only the 2nd night here Friday 11/07/25 I lost my phone while at work, I was in a full on panic attack, took 3.5 hours to find my way to the Baymont, the security guard let me take some screen shots of the route to hotel off his phone. I still had to stop ask people for help with directions & I got a lot of resistance from people. I missed half a day of work that next day. I didn't know what to do I thought I would have to buy a new phone so I could get in contact with my supervisor to let him know what's going on. I went to the front desk explained the situation to Ben he asked me to calm down and breath, my anxiety was through sky high. He asked me what could he do to help me I

The rooms have mold all over the bathrooms, you can tell the carpets have some serious miles on them. Do not let the pictures fool you. The front desk staff was great about switching rooms but same moldy problems. Having a respatory issue would not be a good match with how moldy it is. There is not way to charge any thing, I just brought cables but nothing to plug them into in the rooms. The microwave in the room make a funky noise when it's plugged in.
