We paid for a room with a jetted tub for 2 nights. The staff had to be called to check us in. She took forever. She was drunk. Then the room had the tub and it was nasty. We asked for a nonsmoking room. Clearly people smoked in the room. The entire building smelled like pot. The breakfast was not even breakfast. We also before leaving found roaches. Worst experience ever. Do not stay here. It was dirt cheap. You definitely get what you pay for. It’s not like anything on this website. Total trash. Completely unacceptable and will be pushing to get our money back. They wanted to argue about giving me my money back. DO NOT STAY HERE

We were looking specifically for a dog-friendly property, and the reviews and photos led us to this hotel. We couldn't have made a better choice! The location is fantastic, with lush grounds that made our stay feel like a true escape.||The hotel offers free parking, fantastic amenities, and the staff were incredibly welcoming. Our dog was treated like a VIP, and we all had a wonderful time. Highly recommend Baymont Inn for anyone traveling with their furry friends!"

This place is experiencing a transition of owners, unfortunately I stayed before everything was fixed. The previous owner let the place go. The pool is brown and has tools and other gross things around it. The overall cleanliness inside and out the hotel need work, but the new owner seems to have big plans and I hope they work out. The bed was incredibly comfortable which is the entire reason you go to a hotel. To sleep, and it was good sleep.

I have stayed at this Baymont in the past. Since my past experience was good, i booked 2 rooms. I was very disappointed. Staff was great but the establishment was awful. Upon arrival there were a wait. It appeared the clerk did not know what she was doing. Chris,the Manager stated he came down on today from the SC location to assist and get the hotel properly running. One of the rooms i reserved had a tenant already in there. Chris The Manager was unaware and went to remove the person. Chris apologized and provided another room for me. Although it was not 2 doubles as paid for it was ok. The room keys didn't work for one of the rooms. We could not leave one of the rooms unattended because we were never given a key. We were let in by management. Lamp shades were broken/ dirty, furniture

The hostess was friendly and pleasant and she was trying her best. I appreciated her effort. That was the only thing good about our visit. The property was aged and in rough shape. There was a bit of a musty smell throughout the hallways. No hot water in the bathroom, not even warm. Not a good experience.
