Baymont by Wyndham Intl Speedway/I-95/Daytona Beach

Do NOT stay here. They over sold their hotel so they had no actual nice rooms. Instead of closing down the dirty unacceptable rooms they oversold them at a very high price $500-$1800 a night. I’m extremely disappointed with my stay at this hotel during Daytona 500. The condition of the room was unacceptable. There was black mold on the bathroom ceiling, along the tub, and smelled of mildew, which is a serious health concern. The bed linens were visibly dirty, heavily stained, and even had a cigarette burn in them. There were both dead and alive bugs all over the buildings, in the eating area in the common areas and in our room. The curtains were falling off the wall, and the sliding glass door would not properly secure, which made me feel unsafe. Overall, the room was in very poor condit

The only postive things about this hotel is that it was close to the track and everyone was nice and I did get my refund. We were there all week for race week. The pictures of everything on the website are AI generated. The mattress our daughter slept on had a sink hole in the mattress. The bathroom is extremely small. There is one mirror and one light in the room and it is in the bathroom and there was no dresser to put your clothes in. They are stingy with the wash clothes we had to ask for 3 every time. We had a leak under the sink in the bathroom that got everything we had under there wet. We reported it and maintenance was supposed to be contacted but it wasn't fixed when we left. Positive: Coffee and shower Negative: I hated everything. There were people yelling and screaming all hours of the night. Curtains didn’t cover the windows and they had huge bright lights on the building, when we came up the stairs they was a giant cockroach. Worst hotel I have ever stayed at

Our one-night stay felt like a horror movie. This was the dirtiest hotel we've ever experienced. The room smelled awful, none of the outlets worked (exposed wires visible), and we felt lucky to survive the night. Half the lamps were broken, furniture damaged. We skipped breakfast—didn't trust the food.

The rooms were acceptable. But had to switch rooms due the TV only getting two channels. Which informed the front desk twice already. Then the new room has a bunch of stuff on the patio like someone's bicycles and dog food. I checked out well over two hours ago and my deposit still hasn't been refunded. Take my advice and don't pay your deposit with a card only do it with cash. You can't call the front desk they just hang up after you go through the automated system.
