Baymont by Wyndham Gatlinburg On The River

Our stay was more than beautiful, the view of the river off the balcony was stunning. Housekeeping was amazing. Front desk was very helpful with anything we needed. Our room was nice, clean and spacious. We were surrounded by all attractions that were amazing and breakfast was amazing. Hope we didn’t eat all your waffles. Lol. We had a really nice stay here with you guys at Baymont and we will be back guaranteed. Thank you to staff that made our stay great.❤️

Every one was welcoming and friendly. The room was spacious,clean and very cozy. The river view was amazing. The price was reasonable being that we were walking distance to all rides, food and attractions we were so happy to have stumbled upon the beginning Winter season with the Chili cook off. The atmosphere was great very friendly folks and the weather was so amazing. Definitely visiting Gatlinburg again and staying at Baymont.

The rooms were very clean and had an excellent view. The only problem with the room was that there was no door going into the bathroom area. The toilet and shower room was too small to change in, so it would have been nice to of had a door separating the sink from the rest of the room. The workers were friendly. The hotel was a little far from most of the restaurants and shops, and the parking was tight, but it wasn’t too bad of a walk. Overall, it was a good stay!

The women at the front desk were rude. The first room my husband and daughter and myself stayed in the refrigerator didn't work and it reeked of Marijuana. When my husband tried to call for them to come check it out, lady at the desk first tried to tell us it was a cooler, not a refrigerator. And argued with my husband, instead of offering to correct it. Then after we called the Wyndham number to get real help, she tried lieing to me and tried to convince me that my husband cussed at her. I was witness to his call to her and know that wasnt true, but most of all we are christans and do not tolerate that kind of language. Then after we finally got her to help us, by instead of fixing the refrigerator or replacing it, she switched our room. The lady spoke only with an attitude like she was b

Wonderful hotel. Friendly and professional service. The room was clean and orderly. Loved the balcony view of the creek. Breakfast was super. Lots of items to choose from. I did not leave hungry. Walking distance to places on lower end of town. We then drove and parked ($20) on upper part of town in payed parking lot. Then we walked upper part of Gatlinburg. Great experience.
