Room 102 was bug infested, mold on bed linen and shower curtain one housekeeper during day and night.no Housekeeper cleaned our room general Manager Lacey send one housekeeper to go and help guest while she sat and skim phone and go smoke. No one available at night time have to keep ranging bell.General manger Lacey is very unprofessional and lies to tenants to get them to do what she wants. I would not recommend no one to this motel short or long term

Do not stay here. The place is unbelievably disgusting roaches toilet in my room is leaking urine and feces onto the floor. When you flushed it. The shower had clearly not been cleaned and lured only knows how long. I took a washcloth to the bathtub and it was brown, I took the washcloths to the floor and literally it was black. I reported all of this to the manager and it was kind of a fight to even get a refund because I left the room and went and got a different hotel. Also, the door to my hotel had clearly been kicked in and instead of replacing the door and the door frame they just put screws into the frame to reattach it to the wall so you could see outside between the door and the door frame so you also don't feel secure.

Positive: I never ever complain or give bad reviews I?mA super laid back person but the star rating on this baymont needs updated! I?ve never stayed in a bad baymont until last weekend! The only good thing I can say is the water was hot and the sheets were clean! Negative: Where do I begin???? Lady checking in barely spoke, not rude but not nice. Door had dents all in it and the chain lock was screwed on with one screw. Cigarette butt pinned in door frame black and milds on air conditioner, water on the sink when we arrived

When arriving from out of town, the business looked awesome, hospitality was great by Precious even over the phone hours prior before checking in, but when receiving as well reviewing my room that's where the ball dropped. Big spacious room is correct, room door looked like it was hit repeatedly with a vehicle from the inside, dirty bed linen, along with the towels. The price was outstanding and I haven't checked breakfast yet but my wife and I stayed needed a rest. FYI bring your own linen, towels, and Lysol.

The sheets were dirty, we had to change our sheets after we checked in. We tried to get fresh towels the next morning, no one was available at the desk or on the phone. The towels weren't washed, dirty floor, and dirty sheets. We will not stay there again!
