1st off the facts of when ypu charge deposits that get held for 5 business before they are returned you need to make sure the room is up to par for that deposit. MY bathroom shower had hair in and so did the toilet. One bed had what looked like either blood or nail polish streaks on a white bed sheet was not professional AT ALL. The service at the front desk was fine. Also no matter what the last people did to your hotel doesnt mean you speak to them or treat them as if they are that person. All in All people find a different place to sleep if u are a professional truck driver. This isn't the place.

I had an excellent stay at this hotel. The staff was outstanding—professional, friendly, and consistently provided courteous customer service. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and spacious, offering a relaxing environment throughout my stay.||||The location is ideal, with easy access to a variety of shops and restaurants nearby. It's convenient for both business and leisure travelers. The rates were very reasonable, offering excellent value for the quality of service and accommodation provided.||||Overall, I highly recommend this hotel and would gladly return on a future visit.

We never made it to the room. Reserved a room with a credit card three months prior to our stay. We we arrived and they informed us they need a "bank card" for a deposit. The credit card was not acceptable. They then said we could leave $100 cash as a deposit if we didn't wish to leave a "bank card." So we did this. Then they said they also need cash for the total amount of the stay ($116.68.) So apparently they really want your bank card numbers. We declined and left. I would avoid.

Overall it was much better than what I expected. The staff was friendly enough and the hotel wasn’t fancy but clean and decently decorated. The area was maybe a bit dodgy at night but okay during the day. The other reviews make it sound a lot worse than I felt like it was. My only complaint is the odd bathroom setup, with the sink outside the door and no where to put anything in the actual bathroom.
