Hotel advertised rollaway bed but they only have 1, which was being used, according to the front desk attendant. Front desk said luggage cart was also in use, but come to find out, it was upstairs and nobody bothered to bring it down. It was also broken and there was only 1. We changed rooms 2 times. Interior lock latch broken in first AND second room. 2 big bags of garbage left in hallway entire stay. Front desk was helpful but inconsiderate - headphones on, turned lights off exactly when breakfast ended WHILE PEOPLE WERE STILL EATING. Gym equipment broken. Carpet coming up. Dirty bath towel left in our room from previous guest. Only juice was available at breakfast - no water from the filtered fountain, as the water spigots weren't set up correctly. Really clean and very beautiful the room was extremely nice I didn’t expect it to be so nice yet so affordable. The front desk girls were really friendly only complaint was they were never at the front desk each time I waited 30 min for someone to come help me

Avoid at all costs, while traveling for work I stopped to book a night at this hotel where I was told I would need to pay a $250 CASH ONLY deposit. Never have I experienced a cash only deposit at a major hotel chain. When asked about how/when I would be refunded, they said after the room was inspected upon checkout that I would be refunded. Seems like a great way for them to keep cash with no receipt provided. You are better off at the nice comfort in down the road for similar pricing.

This hotel has a rank odor from when you enter the front door throughout the property. It’s a sour smell of mold and/or mildew or sewer. I told the front desk and she sprayed something to cover it up. I appreciated her effort but to no avail. The thermostat in the room was broken. The adjustments on the A/C unit were also inoperable making it impossible to adjust for cooling off. The tub has serious rust and certainly not something I would bathe in. (Room 213) Overall not a pleasant stay.
