Bayfront Inn

The rate was not cheap, $380 a night. At that price, you would expect to not get stuck in the room next to the front desk with the public restroom door slamming most of the night! On top of that around 1am we were awoken by cigar smoke filling the room. Yes sir, thats right, It was so bad it woke us up. We went out to tell the front desk which was not surprised or alarmed. They informed us there was nothing to be done since the hotel was full. The next morning we had to explain the situation again and were able to be moved to another floor. Based on the first room, this one was like staying in a 10 star resort, but alas, in reality its just an overpriced mildly cleaned room. The location is great, in walking distance from Naples downtown. Also positive: a lot of parking spaces with a very easy access.|The room is ok, but nothing special, bathroom accessories (shampoo, body lotion etc.) ended up already at the first day.|The „free“ breakfast was a joke, so you have to pax at least 4$ per person to upgrade if you really want to have a standard breakfast. On top a gratuity of 20% was automatically charged, this is real rip-off.|Front desk staff was friendly BUT|the general policy of the hotel is not customer friendly.|I booked over Booking, even when the hotel received the payment in front I never received an invoice even asking several times.|No real communication, no real customer service.|Conclusion: this was the last time I stayed hier, thank you for nothing!

Positive: It was close to everything and the staff were very nice. Negative: The bathroom was not so clean, especially at the outside bottom of the shower . You could see clearely a lot of mildew and mould. Too bad that the surroundind area is very noisy. We could here the kind of muscle car on the street very load.

It's Naples. It's pricey for what's on offer. One of our party had door access issues. Staff member showed little interest. Other guests had same issues. Perhaps a gremlin at work. Happy hour in the seafront bar was enjoyable. Hotel is adequate and well situated. Hotel was spotless. Bar staff were excellent 👌.

We stayed at the Bayfront Inn on 5th Street for our 17th anniversary weekend getaway, and it was absolutely perfect. From the moment we arrived, Freddy’s customer service was amazing—warm, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. It was our first time at this property, and we were blown away by how outstanding Freddy was. The rooms were very clean and comfortable, and the location couldn’t have been better—everything was within walking distance, so we never even needed our car. Dinner at the on-site restaurant was a treat, especially with the enjoyable music by Vincent DeBellis playing all the old familiar songs we love. We had a wonderful time and will definitely be returning. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a memorable and stress-free escape!
