Indian Lady at desk is rude she just be on her phone don't clean room after she says a room available ...will not recommend

i just stayed here the past two nights, 6/12 & 6/13. one night was booked under my name and the second night was booked under my bf’s name, so we had to check out, and then check back in later. that’s not the problem though. the problem is we got the same room that we had the night before, and the bedding was not changed. my bf said the sheets were changed (i don’t think they were) but the comforter definitely was not, as it had the same burn marks on it. the comforter definitely got messy during our stay, so i just know someone is cuddling up with that tonight 🥴 i also booked a non-smoke room, but the room had clearly been smoked in.

This place rents rooms with kitchenettes but don't provide a pan, spatula or fork; a coffee pot but no coffee and when I asked if they even had anything available for me to rent for the night, borrow... anything the woman gets her husband who begins to yell about the area and he can't do all that. I stay in hotels and motels in this area and the kitchenettes always have utensils. People don't travel with pots and pans!!!!! The next morning we found they double charged our card and the moment I threaten to call the police he pulled out cash and made us leave the property 3 hours before check out

All one star denied due to haveing a service animal I'm reporting to ADA for one it's illegal two disrespectful I even showed I'd card's and training records hope them fines will be worth it...

Overall the hotel needs some repairs but it's fine overall. The owner was nice enough to check us in late at night too. Thanks 👍
