La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Aberdeen-APG

Even though I think this hotel is on the older side, the room (and bathroom) were spotless! Nice, roomy exercise room - also very clean. Staff was friendly and helpful. Bed and linens were very comfortable. Didn’t know what to expect, but I would highly recommend this particular hotel after having spent the night there.

Pros: very clean, comfortable mattress, easily controlled thermostat, warm bedding, very dark room at night (with lights off), optimal lighting in bathroom and room, courteous staff, nice parking lot brightly lit, plenty of off-site dining options, free breakfast included. Lots of outlets, usb port at bedside lamp. Fridge, microwave in room worked well. Nice towels and toiletries! |Cons: very noisy. Toilet ran all night (though I believe this will be fixed fast with how responsive staff seem to be), noisy heater, VERY noisy floorboards above and beside. This hotel was constructed with wooden subfloor and joists (not wooden floor treatment, that is carpet and tile). Floors squeak with every step. I woke up at 7 am to the occupant above me walking, it is noisier than my 160 year old house. U

Peter at the front desk was very kind and helpful to all of us. His genuine effort in making every guest feel welcomed is unmatched and he clearly deserves a raise! Can't speak on the price cause I didnt pay. (Work) Location is close to a lot of restaurants, and a plaza. Not bad but I've been to better.

The room was spacious and comfortable. Itwas very clean. Cozy beds and quiet night. Well appointed with fridge, microwave and all that you need for a comfortable stay. Breakfast is included. Tasty, basic breakfast to get you started. Cordial staff. I would definitely recommend this stay to others and would stay again in the future if I was in this area. Perfect price point!
