Bay Breeze Premium Apartments by Eskape Collection

We stayed here as a family, February 26. Due to an error in the booking process from our side we did not have a reservation for our required dates when we arrived in Miami. The staff at Bay Breeze anticipated that we had made a mistake in our booking and made provision for us, even though they were almost fully booked. Anaita went above and beyond to ensure that we had somewhere to stay, knowing that availability of accommodation in Miami was in short supply due to the international boat show taking place. The property itself is very modern, clean and well located in a very upmarket area, about 15 mins walk from the beach. The rooftop pool area is compact but very nice with comfortable loungers. The apartment had everything we needed for a family stay. I would definitely stay here again. T

It was a nice set up. Lady who works there is very nice and responsive. However, the sheets were dirty, one bathtub was not clean and corroded One of the showers did not work. living room floor was sticky

Hidden Fees & Rude Management — Avoid at All Costs. Absolutely terrible experience at Bay Breeze Premium Apartments. Not only did they hit me with hidden charges at the last minute, but the manager, named Jose, literally left me out on the street. He was rude, wouldn’t take calls, lied to me, and intentionally left me to sleep in my car even though my room was fully paid through Agoda. They even asked for financial info via insecure websites. A complete nightmare — avoid this place entirely!

Unsafe and Uncaring - Manager Left Us Stranded As a woman traveling with my husband, I had an awful experience at Bay Breeze Premium Apartments. The manager, Jose, was incredibly rude, left us outside, and refused to let us in even though we had fully paid through Agoda. He demanded extra hidden fees and asked for our financial details on unsafe sites. I even had to sleep in the car because he deliberately left us stranded. This place is absolutely not safe or customer-friendly - please avoid it!

Our experience was great. The property is well maintained, the apartments are modern, spacious, and very comfortable with great location. We stayed for two nights and found the fully equipped kitchen incredibly convenient, especially when traveling with family. Very —friendly, helpful staff. Highly recommended for families. We’ll definitely be back!
